1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Drip, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Drip is an SMS marketing platform that allows businesses to manage contacts, create contact lists, and send text message campaigns. Messages are delivered through third-party carriers via the Twilio API.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to: obtain proper opt-in consent from all contacts before sending messages; comply with all applicable laws including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act; honor opt-out requests promptly; not send spam, fraudulent, or illegal content; and maintain accurate contact records.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Drip to send unsolicited messages, transmit illegal or harmful content, harass or threaten recipients, impersonate others, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Message Delivery

While we strive to deliver all messages, we do not guarantee delivery. Message delivery depends on carrier networks, recipient device status, and regulatory compliance. You are responsible for any costs associated with message sending.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, send spam or unsolicited messages, or engage in any prohibited activity.

7. Limitation of Liability

Drip is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to undelivered messages, carrier fees, or regulatory penalties.
